In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his
church, being an enthusiastic college football fan, and working on his family’s
land. He has a guiding value that he brings to his work: “do nothing from
selfish ambition or conceit, but with humility of mind, count others as more
important than yourselves – not merely looking to your own interests but also
to the interests of others.”
Chad specializes in experience modification analysis and helping companies
mitigate workers’ compensation costs through education, process evaluation, and
program implementation. He places a priority on listening more than he speaks
so that the client’s needs are best understood and served.
Chad holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s
degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He would love to speak
with you soon to understand how he can provide valuable solutions to your
organization.
